Workshop on Information Systems Integration Strategy and Data Integration Framework to Support Higher Education Accreditation

The Information and Communication Technology Technical Implementation Unit (UPT ICT) of the Semarang State Polytechnic (Polines) again carried out a workshop on Thursday, 26 November 2020 in an effort to improve services and utilization of information technology at the Semarang State Polytechnic. This workshop presented 2 (two) resource persons from one of the state universities in Semarang, namely Semarang State University (Unnes) which has been able to develop Information Technology on the Unnes campus well. The two speakers were Mona Subagja (Head of UPT ICT Unnes) and Anggyi Trisnawan Putra (Division Coordinator of SI UPT ICT Unnes).

The workshop was held online, and was attended by the entire UPT ICT Polines team from the Head, Secretary and staff, and was held in 2 (two) sessions, namely the first session (morning) and the second session (afternoon). The first session carried the theme "Higher Education Information Systems Integration Strategy" and the second session "Data Integration Framework to Support Higher Education Accreditation".

The first session opens at. 10.00 WIB and began with remarks from the head of UPT ICT Polines, Mr. Mardiyono, S.Kom., M.Sc. and continued with a presentation of material by the first resource person, namely Mr. Mona Subagja. He explained the strategy for developing information systems and their integration. After completing the presentation, it was continued with a question and answer session between the resource person and the workshop participants.

The second session opened at. 13.00 WIB and began with a welcome back from the head of UPT ICT Polines, Mr. Mardiyono, S.Kom., M.Sc. and continued with the presentation of material by the second resource person, namely Mr. Anggyi Trisnawan Putra. He explained the concept of data integration so that it can become consistent data that can be used as information that can support Higher Education Accreditation. After completing the presentation, it was continued with a question and answer session between the resource person and the workshop participants.
