UPA ICT Participates in POLINES 2024 Annual Performance Plan Meeting

SALATIGA, 01/12/2023. The Information and Communication Technology Academic Support Unit (UPA ICT) takes part in an event which is held annually in the framework of the Performance Plan for 2024, namely the 2024 Annual Performance Plan Meeting (RKT) of the Semarang State Polytechnic (POLINES). 

The RKT is an elaboration of the targets and programs set out in the Strategic Plan, and will be implemented by organizational/work units through various annual activities.

The preparation of the RKT is carried out in line with the program and budget policy preparation agenda by the leadership of POLINES work that will be achieved in the current year.

In the RKT, plans for annual performance achievement levels, targets and all activity performance indicators are determined. Preparing the RKT includes setting targets/descriptions, indicators and targets to be achieved in the year concerned, programs and policies (description, performance indicators, goals and targets).

The Semarang State Polytechnic annual performance plan is a further elaboration of the targets and programs set out in the Strategic Plan (Renstra) of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology which covers the annual period. The POLINES Annual Performance Plan describes the annual activities to be carried out by the Work Unit, performance indicators and targets based on the programs, policies and targets set out in the strategic plan. Annual performance targets in the performance plan are set for all performance indicators at the activity target level. This performance target is a commitment for the agency to achieve it within one annual period.

This RKT activity was held at the Grand Wahid Hotel, Salatiga from 01 to 02 December 2023 which was attended by all elements of OTK Polines from Leadership, Head of Departments, Heads of Study Programs, Centers and Units.
